I am an IFS-informed practitioner, certified through IFSCA, supporting individuals in deepening self-awareness, healing emotional wounds, and finding inner balance. Supporting individuals-especially parents- who are looking for greater clarity, balance, and connection in both their inner world and family life.

Drawing on the principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS), I gently guide individuals through inner work that nurtures self-awareness, emotional resilience, and more fulfilling relationships. This is a space for personal growth, self-discovery, and meaningful change – starting from within.

IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a powerful, holistic approach that helps you understand and heal the different parts of yourself. It views the mind as made up of various “parts”- each with its own feelings, beliefs, and behaviours. In coaching, we work with these parts to restore balance, connect with your true Self, and foster inner harmony. Through this process, you can heal emotional wounds, improve self-leadership, and live more authentically.
