I offer calm, compassionate support for sensitive parents and individuals. I help you embrace your sensitivity as a strength, so you can feel more grounded, present, and connected – both with yourself and your family.

About 15-20% of people are Highly Sensitive People (HSPs). This means they have a more sensitive nervous system, making them deeply aware of subtleties in their environment, emotions, and sensory experiences. It’s a natural trait that shapes how they experience the world. 

Being a mother of a highly sensitive son, I am passionate about helping parents understand the emotions and unique needs of their highly sensitive child. My goal is to provide guidance on how to support these deeply perceptive souls, empowering them to thrive and regain their balance within the school system and our fast-paced world.

I offer individual coaching for highly sensitive people (HSPs)- including adults, children, and families -helping them navigate life with greater confidence, balance, and emotional well-being.
