WELCOME

I offer coaching for individuals and families, with a special focus on supporting young parents navigating the emotional challenges of raising a child. My approach blends systemic family dynamics, mindfulness, meditation, and creative practices to create a grounded and nurturing space for growth. Whether you’re a mother or father, my coaching provides compassionate guidance and practical tools to help you manage the overwhelming responsibilities of parenthood, build resilience, and cultivate deeper self-awareness.

My Background

With a degree in Fine Arts, I have supported art projects as a form of therapy in mental health units and youth clubs, using creativity as a powerful tool to inspire connection, self-expression, and healing.

During my time as a support artist at a hospital near London, I felt deeply drawn to the idea of using creativity to foster love, connection, and healing for people facing mental health challenges. This experience sparked my passion for supporting others through emotional struggles, and I knew I wanted to explore this path further.

Later, I spent many years working in children’s book publishing. However, despite my success in this field, I felt a strong calling to return to my true passion: supporting the well-being of individuals and families.

As a highly sensitive mother of a highly sensitive child, I intimately understand the challenges of navigating life with heightened emotions and sensitivities. This personal experience inspired me to become a certified systemic parent-child coach, where I combine my own journey with professional tools to help parents and children thrive emotionally and spiritually. I incorporate creativity, mindfulness, spiritual practices, and approaches inspired by systemic family therapy into my coaching, offering a holistic approach to emotional health and family dynamics.

I’m originally from Germany and now based in beautiful Devon, UK.

And now here is my secret, a very simple secret: It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.
